Self-discharging separator VSCP-8M-01 is hydro-hermetic construction with centrifugal periodical sludge discharge from a bowl. The separator consists of a drive, a bowl, a receiving-outlet unit, a unit, an external casing (a cover and a sludge receiver) and a control console.
In the drive mechanism the friction clutch have the higher service life because of external disposition of the shoes about the shroud and, accordingly, because of better shroud cooling.
The brake unit is applied with regulating effort for bowl braking and with the calculation strap wear.
Two tray packets are used so that to provide more full clarification of product in the separator bowl: low tray packet for initial product clarification, top tray packet for final product clarification.
The receiving-outlet unit has the viewing window and light for visual control of clarified product quality.
In the separator bowl new constructions of discharging small-size valves are applied.
Mounting and removal of the bowl from the separator vertical shaft can be produced without bowl disassembling, which permits to except mechanical influence to the bearings and the drive gearing
The construction signatures of the receiving-outlet unit are it's manufacturing as the assembly with possibility of paring disks mounting without the removal of the bowl cover. |
